We're using ACT v 10 to track our responses to RFPs and RFIs. In that vein, we would like to create a workflow that goes beyond simply creating an activity series. Is there any way to create (or incorporate) a workflow with IF/THEN logic (if this occurs then create this activity/phone-call/todo) or branching? Is there a way to have a specific activity executed when something occurs? I don't think this functionality is available yet in ACT but is it available in an ACT add-on?
