I have one user who has this problem. When he creates a work order, it opens in Word, Once he prints it, it used to open the ACT! history screen so he could update history. Since upgrading to ACT 2011 it does not open automatically. He is afraid that he is missing history updates becasue he has to do it manually every time. I cannot find any configuration settings or other options to set this in ACT!. Is this a known issue? Is anyone else having or had this problem.
ACT! version is 2011 and Word is Office 2007.
