Word processor formatting issues

Hello -


We are using  Sage 2006 Version We do many merges successfully.


We have created a new template, and when we merge, it looks fine, until we maximize. Then there are no more paragraphs! Each sentence is its own paragraph. We don't see this behavior in any other template.


We've copied the template into Wordpad (and other apps), created a new blank template, pasted it in, with the same results.


It's an important email, but I don't want it to look unprofessional, so I've got to get the formatting fixed.


I checked the paragraph and page formatting and made it look like the other templates that are working.


I need some help! Any ideas? Thanks,
