We have Windows 7 wunning Act V11. We have upgrade to Office 365 so have the latest version of Word installed but it is not showing in the list of avaialbe editors:
How do we make Word appear in this list?

ACT! version 11 isn't compatible with Office 365. Upgrading to ACT! 16 might help if the Office 2013 is the locally installed version. The subscription version(Office 365) isn't compatible with any version of the ACT! program.

When Microsoft makes it possible to connect to it. They haven't provided a full interface. The local installed Office 2013 is compatible with ACT! 16 though even there Microsoft did change the interface for external program to connect to Office 2013.
