This is a random, though relatively frequent problem. It happens several times a week. The user creates a new document from a template in Act! then sends it to the printer. Act! remains responsive, but the instance of Word 2003 becomes unresponsive, and the Word application and Winword.exe process need to be killed to clear it. Act! continues to work fine. I am applying all updates and patches to Office 2003, inclusding SP3 to attempt to fix this, does anybody have any experience of this problem and possible fixes?
