I have gotten the sync to "work" but still will not update to the latest version
I finally got the v4 update to work but the v5 update will not work. I ran the troubleshooter and it says incompatibility. It is the right download.
Still, the sync to Outlook will not at all work now. I REALLY need this to work. It may have stopped before v4 update but I am not sure now.
Basically, v5 update will not install and stops at the extraction almost complete window then disappears.
After selecting sync to calendar I get a very quick flash and nothing happens. The calnedar will not sync.

Well, yes, but I can't say I fixed it. I could not get the 5th update and I just kept trying. Somehow it worked eventually but I basically just kept pushing buttons. Sorry, I know, no help. I did get the most recent update after probably 20 tries. Windows did give me a window that said something like did this install correctly? I chose no and went through that window a few times. Keep all your windows minimized becuase I noticed in the background there was an update trying to work.
