Windows Vista User Account Control warning message

I am running ACT 2008 (version 10) on a new Dell computer with Windows Vista Home Premium.

Every time that I start ACT, I get a User Account Control warning box that tells me that "AN UNIDENTIFIED PROGRAM WANTS ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER."

I have seen this before for the 1st time a program runs but once I have selected the option to ALLOW, this action is remembered and I'm never asked again.

With ACT, it asks EVERY TIME.

Does anyone know how to stop this alert.  ACT 2008 is supposed to be Windows Vista compatible.

UAC is annoying... it doesn't remember most applications.
