Yes. Very simple setup. I'm the only one that uses ACT or the computer.
Cudos to the support team in Lawrenceville. They logged on to my computer, removed all instances of SQL (have to reinstall a couple programs) and reinstalled. ACT back up and running. Called them back to figure out a couple database migration issues this morning and, again, BANG! done.
