It was a continuous process it never indicated which version. I had to open Outlook to see. I've tried to run it again but nothing changed.

Thanks,
We have had the same experience as you described as well. You being to doubt yourself; was it me or is it it?

When it comes to troubleshooting the downgrade process, it's somewhat out of our area of specialty due to it running a Microsoft installer, however I can try and share as much insight as I have to help out.
The instruction the version reverting batch file is running is below:
cd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.4229.1024
The first line is locating the folder where the MS installer is held
The second is where the installer is run with additional parameters.
I would therefore try the following steps:

I ran this:
cd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.4229.1024
and I think it did downgrade my Outlook to 4229 version. Still can't seem to integrate though. Any other solutions?

We currently have ACT Pro v20, thinking about updating all our computers to Windows10, we heavily use the XACT QB accounting link, the Knowtifier, Organizer X (Scan & Organize), and Exponenciel's Automatic Field Calculations add-ons. Have any of you guys come across problems with ACT (v20) and any add-ons you use when you updated your computers to Windows 10?

Have clients that use Act! Pro v20 (not SP1) with Topline Designer (for Custom Tables). No problems at all. They use built-in calculated fields. Not going to 20.1 because they are still using Office 2010.

Ok...well I guess the only way to find out if it all works is to try.
We have 4 Pro v20 users. Our DB is on a 5th computer. So that's 5 computers all running windows 7, that I need to update to windows 10. So I figured I will start with 1 computer...saving the 4th and last computer that houses our shared files for last. I'm not an IT person at all, so please somebody correct me if I'm wrong. Upgrading 1 computer to Windows 10 while everyone else stays on Windows 7 shouldn't be an issue right? Thanks in advance.

That is fine as long as you stay on the same version of Act! and the same version of SQL Server Express.
