Hi RickyRay,
Currently there is not a set date, we want to ensure the integration is complete before releasing it. I will update the thread as soon as I get conformation everything is set.
Thank you,
Brittany Roberts

Thanks Britney - I was told by another ACT agent that it was not, but thought I would ask again. I will read the article you provided.
On another note, I have been trying to have ACT integrate with Google (one of the features offered in the "Tools" drop down. When I integrate my calendar (comprised of Calls, and Meetings), ACT assigns a time of 12N with a 12 hour duration for every one of my calls. Items that are listed in ACT as Meetings (with times) appear to be fine on my Google Calendar.
Your feedback and help is much appreciated.
Ron

Hi Rgaynor,
Thanks for the reply, previously Act! V17 was not compatible but we have created a hotfix between the two. I will check with the support team regarding your question for Google integration.

Brittney - just to be clear, will I need to install another "hot fix" before moving to the Windows 10 platform? I am currently running with hot fix 1 ( Act! Pro Version 17.1.169.0, Hot Fix 1). Please advise - thanks again

Hallo Brittany
so this means ACT! 2013 Pro is not working on windows 10 and they tell you to upgrade to ACT! 2017 and pay for it!!!
but even that program is not completely compatibel
very shady

Hi Hans,
We understand it can be frustrating when operating systems update and change functionality. Act! 2013 is not compatible with Windows 10 due to that version of Act! being released well before Windows 10. Act! V17 is compatible, as will be future versions of Act!. Full details of current compatibility are detailed in this Knowledgebase Article: http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38167
We have released Act! Premium Cloud as an alternative to help ensure that you are on the most compatible version of Act! as new products are released.
