So I just noticed at strange thing, I have 3 records within my database. 1 of them being my record and 2 others I created as dummies to test this new AddOn we just bought called the Knowtifier....Anyhow this issue doesn't have anything to do with the Knowtifier.
So all 3 records have the same email address in the email box.
This is what I'm seeing in the History:
TEST RECORD #2 - Is recording emails I am SENDING. But only emails I'm sending to another ACT user in our company.
TEST RECORD #3 - Is recording emails I am SENDING. But only emails I'm sending to another ACT user in our company.
My Act Record - Is recording emails I'm RECEIVING. But again...only emails from the same ACT user in our company.
Can someone shed some light on how ACT determines which emails to attach to a record?
Particularly if there are multiple records that have the same email addresses. Thanks in advance.
I am using ACTV20 Pro, installed latest update just yesterday.
