When doing a mail merge, ACT! pro 2011 does not record history when Word 2010 is the default Word Processor

When doing a mail merge, ACT! pro 2011 does not record history when Word 2010 is the default Word Processor

When doing a mail merge, ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.1.111.0, Hot Fix 6 will record history with the ACT Word processor but will not record history when Word 2010 is the default Word Processor.

 

I've applied all the ACT! hot fixes.

So this is a workaround and one has to ask will there be a hotfix release to fully repair this problem.
