I'm new to the world of ACT and bordering on being dubbed an admin. Regarding skype functionality in ACT I know its there which is very exciting.
My questions are:
is the skype functionality a paid add on?
If so what is the rough cost (CDN) per user for the add-on
And what are the skype account requirements best aimed at calling volumes between 70-100+ calls/day per user, most of whom are non-skype account holders?

It depends on the type of connection you want.
It is possible to dial out through Skype in a limited, but messy, way for free.
The best way is with an add-on such as itDial - http://www.glcomputing.com.au/main/56/1
As to dialling from Skype... where are the numbers located?
