What is your opinion on attaching documents as either the shortcut or the document? Besides the obvious of the long displayed url of the doc.
I like the fact that the shortcut leaves the document in tact so that updates to the doc will always be included when clicked on.
I don't like the lengthy name. (I've requested a changed to that with ACT)
I don't like having another copy of the document when it is attached. Not very green.
I do like the fact that an attached document can be modified to reflect specific information for the contact.
If Sage ever changes the naming convention, I would support the shortcut approach.
What am I overlooking?
