I have an excel sheet that I wanted to import into ACT. I had a couple of questions:
1. should the file be in an excel, csv or tab delimited format?
2. should I break out first name, last name, address, city, zip, state all into separate cells or can these be in 1 cell?

Either file format should be fine but you will find when you import the file, each column in the spreadsheet will corrispond to a field in act, and each row will be a new record.
Ideally the first row will be the name of the field in act but yes you will definitly need to put each field into seperate cells.
