What files need to be backed up?

I use Carbonite for online backups but I understand that only having the backup file will not allow me to restore ACT in the event my hard drive dies completely.

What other files do I need to have secured to be able to restore ACT in the event of a complete hard drive failure?

I don't believe there are any outside your backup, unless you are linking files into your database (which I have done on occasion) from another part of the file system.
