What did SQL2008R2_Express_Backupfix just do to my database

I had a "cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'sys.syscommittab' with unique index 'si_xdes_id.'" and followed the instructions in Answer ID 28141.

What did I do to my database?  Did I lose data?  Should I restore yeterday's backup or continue with the fixed DB?

TIA,

Hello mrobbins,
No, this error has not been found to cause data loss. Once fixed, you should be fine.
