Here is something that has bothered me for years and I have never figured it out. What is it that causes extra spaces/line breaks etc in the history when an e-mail is saved to history? I compose an e-mail and it looks perfect in outlook, I send the e-mail and when it is saved to history most often where there was a space (for a new paragraph) there are now many spaces. It is a bit inconsistent sometimes it will look right but most often there are 2 or 3 or sometimes even 4 spaces. This really goofs up reports when you go to print this stuff. I know I could leave my signature off of e-mails, but when my signature is left in it creates about 20 lines and leaves the most rediculous looking reports.
Anyone know a way to fix this?
