What SQL files need to be removed so the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express ) will install

Received a message that I have an important update to install "Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition Service Pack 3 (KB955706". Per the ACT tech department it is not needed yet my computer will not allow me to bypass an "important" update so it continually prompts to install it. I was able to find information on the Microsoft site with information on manually installing this file and it was "successful" until the end when it failed because I ready have "another one installed".

Here is what is on my computer:

  •  Microsoft SQL Server 2005
  • Microsoft SQL Server Native Client
  • Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files (English)
  • Microsoft SQL Server VSS Writer.

Please let me know which file(s) I need to remove so this update can install. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Please see the following Knowledgebase article regarding ACT! and SQL SP3:

How To Apply the Microsoft® SQL Server® 2005 Service Pack 3

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
