I am trying to setup the Outlook and Scratchpad and the link to the web services doesn't work. Any ideas? The time zones are the same on the server and computer. Since the link does not work on either application, I think the error is in the link or Act web services.

Sorry I was unclear, Gary.
In the desktop application of Act! Scratchpad, Under "Send to Act" and the "Preferences" you enter the "Web Services Address" in order to synchronize with Act. The dialog box points to the place to retrieve the Web Services Address. I retrieved it and entered it into the dialog box as required. I then get the message: "Unable to load databases. The Web Service address may by incorrect. For assistance, visit the E-mail Preferences dialog box in Act! Premium for Web to see the correct Web Service address" Or course that is where I got the address, so this doesn't make sense.
You might think this is related only to Scratchpad. Well, I get the same error when I enter the Web Services address in Outlook.
Since the same error occurs in both places, I assume there is something wrong with the link or a config setting I missed in Premium Web.

Are you hosting the database yourself, or are you using Act Premium Cloud?
Does the issue also occur on any other PCs?
Are you entering the address as a secure site (i.e. https)?
Can you test again using our demo database (username Chris Huffman, no password) and see if the issue still occurs?

Gary, the link you sent works. Mine, does not. I am on Win10 using Premium Cloud. Here's the link:

Thanks for sticking with it. Works now.
