I'm using Act Pro 2012 on Windows 7 (working GREAT, by the way with a remote user and full syncing!!)
Doesn't Act allow me to look at two different Contact Detail records simultaneously? I often need to look up another contact while working in another.
This is especially impractical when I am in a GROUP and I need to lookup another CONTACT. It knocks me out of that group in addition to not allowing me to toggle both contact detail windows...
Am I missing something?
