View Conflicts between users

I have adminstrative rights and am experiencing the same issue as a standard user.
 
We have two other users where you can view one of their activities, but when you select the second user you then are unable to view the activities of the first. 
 
So, there seems to be some type of conflict prohibiting viewing the activities of both of these users at the same time.  This is a major issue since they are in the same work group and are often in meetings together.

Are you selecting multiple users in the calendar view?

In the Select Users filter, does it show both users as highlit as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article - http://tinyurl.com/yntrlq
