I have just set up a new computer for one of our workers installing ACT Pro 2012, but the version is now 220.127.116.11, whereas our other computers are version 14.0.572.0.
How can I update the other computers to the new version. I have tried the ACT Update under Help, one computer does nothing and the other says "Connection error. Please try again", but this always does it, not just this time. I have tried opening ACT as administrator but still doesn't work.
Trying to sync the new computer it says:
Synchronisation has failed. The remote database is using a different ACT version than the main database. Contact your Administrator.
Is there a link we can go to, to download the new versions. Or will we need to do a complete new install???
