Version 2005

I am trying to print labels from a Group and can't even get the addresses for that Group to come up.  I have been through every item and I can't get it done.  Does anyone have a suggestion?

As this is the ACT! 6.0 area, I thought I'd ask: Do you mean ACT! 6.0 (2004) or ACT! 7.0 (2005)? The answer would be quite different

ACT 2005 for Windows 7...am I in the right place.  Sorry, I did not purchase this software, nor do I have the packaging.

This is important because 6.0 (2004) and earlier is so very different from 7.0 (2005) and later

It is ACT! 2005, version 7.0.2.81

Then should have been in the Sage ACT! group ... as this is 6.0 and prior :-)

You really should upgrade to ACT! 2011... later versions are much faster, more reliable and more functions. It's worth it. At very least you should get the free update to 7.04 as per this ACT! Knowledge Base article -

Then post all the steps you're taking ... now that we know the version, it might make more sense.
