V11 will not update

I am the admin of a small network. 3 Win7 machines with databases on Server 2003. I have Act V11 with 4 licenses. One of our machines will not open the latest database because it needs to be updated. That machine is v11.0.0.367. It will not update to V11.1.183.0. This machines Act program tells me I must be the Windows Admin to download the update. There is only one user on that machine and that user is the Admin. It must be an Act problem inside the program because Windows itself is updated. Where in the Act program is the switch to change so I can get this program to allow itself to be updated?

Re: V11 will not update

It's the Windows 7 UAC. You specifically have run as administrator to be the administrator by rigith clicking when you start the program and choose run as admonistrator
