Using Tag Mode

Is it possible to use the tag mode and then give all of the tagged contacts an ID/Status? I know that they can be done individually but can they be done "in mass?"

Re: Using Tag Mode

Once you have a "current lookup", (and tagging the contacts and then lookup tagged is one way of getting there),

  • select Edit, Replace from the Menu
  • select the field (id/status) and then enter the value to be placed in the field
  • click on OK

You will see an alert about this affecting all the contacts in the lookup, (Make sure you have the correct records), and select OK

This will update the selected field with the new value for all the records in the lookup.
