Any suggestions on best way to use Smart Tasks manually for a sales campaign - a number of tasks involving a number of users? Any tutorials besides the five minute overview of ST? Also, if one of my items is to send an email and I have the ability to save the email and the subject line, how come ACT! won't put the names in (if I have a lookup done)? I have to go back and find the names of people that appeared in the lookup versus run the smart tasks against the lookup I did? Thanks for any insights!
