Using Act! after switching to a new domain?

Using Act! after switching to a new domain?

We have recently changed to a new Domain and Exchange server which has caused Act to stop working. Our main act database still works but all of our users who use a remote database can't open Act on their laptops.

 

Can anyone advise what we can do to get users working again?
