We'd like to know if there are other non-profit users out there that use the Opportunities function to track resource development. We'd like to know how the stages and products relate to non-profits. Any advise would be very welcome.
I am the Office Manager for a non-profit called The Lung Connection. We provide housing and other services to lung transplant patients and their families. I use the Opportunity tab to track donations and volunteer hours. Since we don't enter In-kind donations in our books, it's very helpful to have them entered in ACT.
