Using A Tab For At Hand Information

I would like to use a tab in the contact view to have current promotions that I can refer to while on a phone call.

When editing the layout and adding a text box, it  appears that only labels can be entered.  I would like to add a chart or a description of a program.  Generally I have a source from which I can copy and paste.

Is this possible?

Re: Using A Tab For At Hand Information

Normally you can only add fields from the ACT! database ... one of these could be a picture field if you wanted?

If that's not enough, anything more sophisticated needs to be done via the SDK

Re: Using A Tab For At Hand Information

Using an image isn't that bad.  It is for me to have a summary.  Now that Windows 7 (and Vista if anyone is still on it) has the Snip tool, that makes it easy to include.

Thanks, Mike.
