Using 2 licenses on 3 Machines

We got 2 of Act2013 licenses for 2 users.

Currently databases are on one of the users computers.

I want to put the database to a central location, call it server, and then have both users access that database.

The central location/PC will not be used for anything other than to just store the databases for centralized access.

Can I use it this way with 2 licenses or do I have purchase 3rd licence ?

If it can be done, what is done during registration when its installed on central computer ?

Thank you all.

No problem. ACT! is licensed to the named user not the machine so you don't need another license.

The End User License Agreement alllows for you to use a single license and install in two different locations. i.e. Home, Work, Second Office PC. Licensing is not tied to named users but number of users and number of activations. I believe that is what Roy was referring to.

Either way, what you are trying to do is perfectly fine.
