Hi. I have inherited today the ACT! Administrator duties for my group. A new employee does not yet have a desktop, so I can not load the software, but we also have the web access. How do I set up a new user ID and password for the web access to the software?
Thanks so much Tom. I figured it was something simple like my user access. Apparently I am the administrator in name only because I can see this in tools, I just can't do it yet! I appreciate your prompt confirmation.
