I am using ACT! 2009 with a 3rd party aggregator. Have I said how much I *love* ACT! 2009? .
The problem is that ACT! (ver 11) is not allowing me to transfer 800 numbers for example into ACT! from the Third Party application. It generates an error message that "due to field restrictions for the current user" the software cannot transfer all of the information that I am attempting to enter into ACT!
Can anyone help me with this one? I tried to go into Preferences to see if I needed to upgrade my permissions, but I didn't find very much there. Or, at least I didn't know what to change to make this happen, LOL

It might be that the software isn't handling the country code.... which must still be part of the number.
I'd contact the manufacturer of the other software
