Urgent: cannot open ACT (no error message)

Hello everyone,

 

I am a new user of ACT pro. I cannot open ACT today. When I double click on the icon of ACT, the log on window came out as usually. But ususally the main page will be on the background, it is just the log on window today. Then I entered the user name and clicked on OK. After that, there was a window showing that logon completed and then disappeared in a second. Act is in the toolbar on the bottom of my desktop and I cannot see the operation page. Does anyone know what happened to ACT? Did anyone have this situation before? Please help me with it. Thank you so much.

Most likely, the program is being displayed out of the monitor viewing area.  Here is an article addressing this issue: KB Article 23807
