I have 1500 customers to upload, everytime I upload them, anything with the same Company name, dosen't upload. I have at least 200 stores that are called ACE but all have differant information as far as contact and such. Is their a way to upload the data and have the comparison be something differeant other then company?
Inaport for ACT will allow you to match on any field or combination of fields (for example, company name and zip code) and create if they do not exist or update if they do exist.
itImport from CRMADDON may give you this capability as well - not sure.
