Upgrading from Act! Pro Version 19.0.147.0 to 19.2

I received an email from ACT! suggesting that I update due to an embedded third-party software component of Act! that facilitates licensing services would be discontinued by the manufacturer at the end of 2018. Until receiving that email, I didn't realize several updates have been released for v19. Can I upgrade directly from Act! Pro Version 19.0.147.0, Update 7 to 19.2?

You will need to download 19.2 from here http://dl.act.com/192/EN/act!_pro_v19_sp2x144.exe which will upgrade to 19.2 and should then slipstream the the latest update. but here is the link just in case http://cdn.updates.swiftpage.act.com/updates/19.2/act1920update5.exe

chrisbunyan, I really appreciate your response to my post, however, I'm unclear with it. Can I ignore the multiple updates that have been released between 19.0 and 19.2 and simply update to 19.2 or do I need to run all the updates one at a time?

You just run the 19.2 installer this will update your current installation.
