I've tried to update a 10.x to 11.x. Install looks ok but when I open an existing database the system wants to update it. No problem, execpt it continually asks to update. I've tried 10 times now. It will not open the database.
Can anyone help?

Does the same thing happen in the ACT!10Demo database?
I'd check the Conversion logs for any error. See this ACT! Knowledge Base article -
