It is not unusual that an upgrade will stop particular 3rd part apps from working and nothing that can be done in this forum. Suggest you go to their site and lodge a support request as I had not heard of an updating coming as yet. It may also depending on which version of ACT you were on previously as there were changes to the SDK for various previous versions of ACT

I was using Act 2010 with Fax Admin 2010. There is a new Fax Admin 2011 so hopefully they will cut me a break on the "upgrade" or provide compatibility with Act 2011.
