Upgrade to 2008 version 10 went very badly for me.

My experience with ACT over the years has been positive for the most part. I am using 2004 version 6 at present. I should be using the upgrade I purchased last year, but because of some health issues and just bad luck, my jump fell into a black hole with the $200 purchase price.  It is not my style to complain about CS from other places. However, because of poor communication skills and maybe undertrained personnel, the service just did not get the job done of helping me move from version 6 to 10.  I'm trying to find a way to get from here to there without putting more profit in the pipe.  If there is a user out there that has some time to assist one who is still working because I have to, if I want to have a little money for fun things 12 years into what should have been quitting time. Oh well, a little work never hurt anyone, if I can just keep up with the tools that should make my consulting calls more productive.
