I am a new user to Act! by Sage so this may be a simple question!
I am using Act! by Sage 2008 (10.0) Version 10.0.2.191
All of our records contains a 'retrain date' field. I have added a date to this field i.e. 13/10/09 one one record however if I then search for a different record and add a date to that record, i.e. 11/08/09, it changes the date of the previous record to 11/08/09 also.
This happens on numerous records - they update with the last date entered.
Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone experienced this at all?
