I have updates for my ACT 2007 and I can not download because it tells me I need to be a Windows Administrator. I am a single user no network is involved. Where can I change these parameters
When I try to synch outlook activities to the ACT calendar. The update tab is Grayed out and it wont let me start that set up wizard. ANy suggestions

The message about 'Windows Administrator' leads me to believe you have a Vista operating system. Due to a feature of Vista called UAC (User Account Control), you will need to run Act! 'as administrator'. To do this: close Act! > right click on the Act! icon > select 'Run As Administrator' > test results.
This may also resolve your sync being grayed out.
