Update from 11.0 to 11.1 not working

Update from 11.0 to 11.1 not working

I have downloaded the file ACT1110StandUSUpdate.exe, but when I execute it it doesn't say it wants to upgrade, as stated in the instructions, it instead wants to remove my installation of Act!

 

Is that correct?

No, you should be receiving the screens in the Kb article below.  Check Help > About ACT! to see if you're already on 11.1.
