I updated to Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 220.127.116.11 today, backed everything up as suggested. It updated the Act Data Base and now my Outlook contacts are gone. When I try to Sync through connections none of my Act contacts sync to Outlook. I added a test to my Act Calendar and it synced over to my Outlook Calendar. Any suggestions?

You might want to double-check your Outlook Synchronization Preferences (Tools|Synchronize with Outlook) to see that nothing has changed there.

You might want to double-check your Outlook Synchronization Preferences << Check that at least one of the sync sets is selected. I've seen them all become deselected on occasion, which removes all the synced Contacts from Outlook.
