Update Opportunities "Detail" template

Does anyone know a way to create a default template/text in the details portion of the opportunities section of a contact?   Just looking for bullet comments like "Application", "Challenges", etc.

I'm assuming that you're using ACT! 2009 or before. The details in the opportunities went away with ACT! 2010 when opportunities became an entity.

Yep, I'm kicking it in 09.
Any suggestions, minus upgrading?

Given the other changes I would think upgrading is the only option as the cost of a custom development would far outweight the upgrade invest and you then do not get the other improvements.

I was hoping that the program was as flexible as some of the report templetes. I guess not.
