I have had to reinstall Act V19 (problems with Microsoft).
Done that.
I restored my backup database. Problem - I cannot open because it is asking for the user name & password. I am sure I do not have a password (I'm single user) but no idea what my user name was (is that case sensitive?) Or I have to be Administrator. Well I'm the only user so technically I am admin.
How do I open my backup?

Glad to hear you're back up and running.
For reference, every user of Act! has a username. You can see them by clicking on Tools > Manage Users. By default, the username is the same as their contact name.
Usernames are not case sensitive
Passwords are optional, and can be left blank.
