Unknown error has occured and ACT! is shutting down. Anything not saved will be lost.

Just started a new database.  I have 2 others.  Everything was going fine for the first 6 contact entries.  All of a sudden I can't save anything or make notes.  I can make a new contact and fill in all the info.  But when I try to make a note or save the contact I get this unknown error message, the program shuts down and that contact is lost.  Please help.

Hello Ben,

You mentioned you had 2 other databases...does this happen in those databases as well? Also, what version/build of ACT! are you using (under Help/About ACT!)? What operating system are you using?
