The Universal Search does not work. I get the following error message:
"A connection error occured when running your search and no results are available to dispaly. Please contact your administrator."
I am the administrator. I am running Act! PRO on a Windows 7 machine . I did try nto restart ACT! Serrvice Host and ACT! Smart Task Service Host but that did not work. I also can't serch or filter by right clicking in a field. I can't afford the $100 technical support fee. Is anyone willing to help me? Thanks in advance for your consideration.
