Uninstalling Act 2011 Pro - total meltdown

I recently changed computers and somehow after a few failed attempts to download Act 2011 wound up with three copies.  I tried to uninstall and now have three blank icons on my desktop.  When I try and delete them it says:

"You'll need to provide administrator permission to delete this file"  gives a .adf flyle type with a "continue", "skip", or "cancel" button.  When I click on continue, it then reads..."The action can't be completed because the file is open in SQL Server (ACT7).  Close the file and try again."

Ugh.  The Act software is removed, but now have three icons that I can't remove.

Help?

I'll bet you're on Windows 7. If so you need to either turn off the UAC or start Windows Explorer by right clicking and choosing Run as Administrator.
