Unable to update

Hi,

 

When I try to update ACT version 9 I get a message from ACT that reads "You do not have permission to download the updates.  You must be a Windows Administrator".   I am the only user of my computer and I am set as the admin.  Any ideas?

Sounds like you're using Windows Vista.  Try running ACT! as an administrator

 

- Close ACT!

- Right click ACT! icon > Run as Administrator
