Unable to see notes as I add them

I'm running Act! 2007 V. 9.0,  When I add a note to a contact, I can't see it.  I am networked with one other user, who IS able to see my notes.  I tried exiting completely from the program and going back in, also tried doing a synch, with and without exiting and going back in, nothing works.  I last added notes on Thursday the 15th, have since closed out of the program, reopened it and synched.  Still can't see the notes I added.  Anyone have an idea what's going on?

Check you filter settings on the Notes tab.

I have it set on All dates.

 

I closed out around 1 PM today, then reopened and the notes from the 15th are there, but today's are not visible.  We will synch again tonight before we leave and I'll see what happens the next day I'm here.  Something to do with the synch perhaps? Our version has been very quirky since Day One, I am not surprised by this at all.
